Individually, granite blocks and slabs exports between the first quarters of 2022 and 2023 fell in value by -11.67%. In quantity, they increased marginally by +0.18%, while the average price per ton fell by -11.83%.

Generally, India has low granite imports, so the focus is seemed only to be on marble.
Between the first quarters of 2022 and 2023, India’s total marble imports increased marginally in value by +0.3% and in quantity by +6.87%.
Individually, in imports of granite blocks and slabs, import value increased marginally by +1.22% in value, and +7.28% in quantity, while the average price per ton decreased by -5.65%.
